The Slander on Murat BUDA

Murat BUDA has never become a partner with Elumatec Machine and Construction Company. The tenure of the land mentioned on the slander – the land of Kızılay - belongs to Elumatec Machine and Construction Company. The owner of Elumatec Machine and Construction Company, Hulusi BULDUK became partners with Murat Machinery. This partnership ended in 2009.

This slander was first published on the newspaper Vatan. Some web sites have also published this fabricated news, quoting from this newspaper. Concerning this fabricated news, the claim for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages against the newspaper Vatan is still under judgment (İSTANBUL 21th Court of First Instance File 2013/472). As soon as this case is concluded, I am also going to sue against the web sites that use this fabricated news and whose contact information is inaccessible.
